  2. Who is NHCA? • NHCA, also known as Hispanic Achievers, is a 29 year old not-for-profit SELF FUNDED community based organization whose mission is to educate the community and to provide opportunities for progress.

We accomplish our Mission by: • Our weekly Hispanics SpeakOut TV show which has been broadcast on Bright House Networks for 9 consecutive years. www.HispanicsSpeakout.TV • Promote the hiring, retention and promoting of Hispanic professionals at the Corporate level. www.HispanicAchievers.org • Promote the hiring of Hispanics in Central Florida by providing the community with Diversity Career Fairs. Channel 49

We accomplish our Mission by: • Creating job opportunities for individuals with disabilities through C.A.A.I.D., Corporate Achievers Awards for Individuals with Disabilities and Intercollegiate National Conference for Students with Disabilities. •  The First Hispanic Automobile License Plate in the United States, was passed into law by the Florida legislature on June 4, 2010. www.CAAID.US This license plate creates direct revenue from the State of Florida to NHCA to support other community not-for-profit organizations.

  5. In addition, we provide Student Support Programs: • Cars for Students: Program that provides needy students with cars so they can attend college full time and maintain a job.

  6. In addition, we provide Student Support Programs: • Provide book grants and scholarships for needy students at community college. • Provide Internship programs for high school and college students.

  8. 29th NHCA Annual Convention in New YorkNHCA, U. S. North Region, also provides premier educational and recognition events with the partnership of City University of New York, Corporate Committee Members and Sponsors of this Chapter.

Crist and presented to Jay Rosario. ▪ Senator Siplin introduced the first Bill for the Hispanic specialty plate. ▪ Hispanic Achievers Plate has the support of Florida local and statewide elected officials, and from Puerto Rico.
