Registration & Payment • Registration/Booking: • Open from 1st march, 2014 with 1 lakh payment, adjustable in the cost. • Bookings will be on first come first served basis, for the 36 units. • For referred non alumni, a conversation will happen before confirmation. • Payment: • Full payment in 4 equal installments starting in May 2014, every 5 months with the last installment at the time of key handing over. • Those who pay in full can get 2% equity in management company • Installment option: have to pay additional 2% at the time of final payment.
