  2. Human Resource - SPV Coimbatore • Appointment of CEO,CFO and CS is in process . Three Officers from Coimbatore Corporation has already been deputed to SPV. • Programme Management Consultant – Selection of PMC Completed by TUFIDCO

  3. Transfer of Funds • GoI share of Rs. 186 Cr and Rs 2 Cr in respect of A &OE have already been transferred to SPV’s of Coimbatore • GoTN has issued G.O to release GoTN Share of Rs. 200 Cr. on Nov 28th 2016 and fund transferred to SPV on 05.01.17 • GoI will have to release the balance of Rs. 8.00 Cr in respect of A&OE .

Reforms • Improvement of Revenue through Advertisement Tax – • CBE – Tender to be called for Advertisement Revenue ( RFP is under preparation) • Municipal Tax and Fee Improvement- Improvement in property Tax Collections • CBE - Tender to be called for – As part of Utility / Assets Mapping study – RFP is under preparation for Chennai and to be modified for other cities. • Generating additional revenue through Value Capturing Financing Tools • CBE - Tender to be called for

  11. Compliance on action point dated 09.01.17– Coimbatore Smart City a. There is little progress in appointment of HR Person/KMPs Three Officers from Coimbatore Corporation Have Been Deputed in SPV till receipt of Sanction Order for Post Creation of KMP by State Government b. Appointment of PMC: Selection of PMC has been Completed by TUFIDCO on 09.01.17 c. Transfer of State Fund: Full state share has been transferred SPV on 05.01.17

  12. Compliance on action point dated 09.01.17– Coimbatore Smart City d. Progress of Credit Rating as well as various Reforms : Regularly monitored . e. Necessary action for other SPVs : Necessary actions by respective cities are being carried out as per directions from appropriate authorities f. External financing: The discussion of various financial proposals and ways and means with TUFIDCO chennai, is in progress.
