  5. 4. No Tricks to Securing Investments • Will your product/service work • Does anyone want it • How much will someone pay you for it • How predictable are your costs • How likely are you to ride out difficulties • How much luck is required (complexity)

  6. 5. Fake It ‘Till You Make It • Get to market as quickly as possible • Showcase your product and try to self fund
