Introduction Introduce who you are (region/city/district, who your team members are and titles, where your program was at the beginning of this year, and any other information that is important to know who you are and what is your focus). It is also good to include baseline data here. Recommendations and Next Steps Discuss your recommendations based on the data and provide the next steps.
