MCTC’s Students • 40% students of color • 14% non-native English speakers, 81 languages • 44% are economically disadvantaged • Average age is 27 • 37% are first generation college • At least 10% are single parents • Many live within 7 miles of campus and many ride the bus

Resources for Development • Per credit stipend for faculty to develop courses. • IT support on campus with full time person for faculty support • Faculty excellence awards
