  2. There were five penguins, Tux, Kraft, Zero, Frost, and Waddles. The penguins lived in an igloo in Antarctica. Now, the penguins loved to swim, slide, and eat fish. They had their very own hole in the ice for “fishing”. One day, after a long trip home from visiting their families, they noticed something very wrong. Their fishing hole had been messed with! They were so upset! Frost went over to the fishing hole to investigate. He found a bunch of scratches on the ice, and also discovered that most of the fish were gone. The other four started looking around the rest of the area.

  3. When the other four penguins looked around, they noticed some paw prints in the snow. “It’s those darn lions, I’m telling you!”, exclaimed Waddles. Tux took a closer look, “Negative. Lions don’t live in Antarctica. It looks like it might be a…”, “TIGER!”, Interrupted Waddles, “Gee, I sure am smart. Can I get that promotion yet?” Tux just shook his head, “They are polar bear tracks.” Everyone was in shock. “Like a real live polar bear?”, said Zero with a tremble. “I ain’t scared of no polar bear.”, said Kraft, “let’s see where the tracks lead to.” All of the penguins followed hesitantly.

  4. The penguins followed the polar bear tracks until they just randomly stopped. “Hey, where’d the tracks go?” exclaimed Waddles. “Look over there!” yelled Kraft. There was a trail of fish carcasses. “Good eye, Kraft. Let’s follow them. That polar bear has to be close.” said Tux. They followed the trail until they finally found the polar bear. “Okay boys, here’s the plan…” started Kraft. Waddles left the group unseen, and charged right up to the polar bear’s house. “Ok, everyone got it?” asked Kraft. “Um, where’s Waddles?” queried Zero. Suddenly Waddles busted through the front door with the polar bear in handcuffs. “I caught the thief!” yelled Waddles. “Wow, um, great job Waddles!” said Tux. They were all very surprised that Waddles had caught the perp all by himself. “Can I get that promotion yet?” said Waddles. “Oh, Waddles!” exclaimed everyone.
