5. iMed® Features: • Registration service: The first step begins with patient registration. All necessary patient information and records are entered into the system. 6. iMed® Features: • Medical Service station: This module covers all medical activities for doctors or nurses to serve the patients starting with retrieving previously visit history and treatment to prescribe the tests and medicine online. • General features: • Electronic medical record allows inputting of vital sign, chief complaint, and patient history directly or paper scan for later attachment. • View previous diagnosis, investigation result, medical record online • Prescribe the investigation and view the result online. • Prescription of drug with various useful tools such as repeated medication (copy previously orders by a single click), nick name of medicine which easy to remember, generic name oriented display. • Discharge diagnosis was done by the doctor • For In-patient service, all out-patient data will be instantly converted. • Distinct Features • Drug interaction alert , to reduce risk of drug interaction from prescription, operated by system base on Artificial Intelligence design • Security, for every input information the system will stamp time/date and name of person to the database. In some critical items verification by PIN is required • Look and feel in any medical service stations is the same. The different is under the user ID set up to get any functions (Tab) which improve learning curve of end-user. • The number of medical service locations is un-limited depending on the size and complexity of the hospital. The system also links the ordered location with order-item to get activity base accounting data.

7. iMed® Features: • Medical support service station: In the patient service some of investigations, i.e., x-ray or laboratory were required. 8. iMed® Features: • Pharmacy service: Pharmacy or dispensing unit accepts all online prescriptions from various points of service to collect the medication and dispensing to the patients. Unit-dose dispensary technique can be used with inpatient, currently a pharmacy service trend. • General features: The pharmacy work queue is vital to all pharmacy processing. Within the single screen, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians can: • View incoming orders • Check/review incoming orders • Edit incoming orders, with the appropriate security • Fill incoming orders • Print labels for the order • Verify the order, given the appropriate security • Collect and dispense one-by-one with label and identification • Formulary, non-formulary and compound drugs can be ordered and in the event of a required drug being unavailable, substitutions or generics can be used. • Attributes such as dose, unit, route, frequency, prn/non-prn, admin times, MAR instruction, start date/time, dispense type, and dispense quantity for each order item can be modified from its default values which are preliminarily set up for each drug. • In the event that a patient has an identified allergy with a selected drug, warning message is immediately displayed to notify the user creating the order. • On line stock management, every tablet ordered will adjust the number of drug in the stock both logical and physically. • Distinct Features: • Drug-Drug interaction will show to pharmacist for re-evaluation or checking with the doctors to confirm their prescription.
