Senior - ADVISORY BOARD - MO or the process behind Initial meeting, ca 1,5 hrs. – purpose: to get a general understanding, define the need, define resource requirements and resource volume Workshop, ½-day - purpose: to get to know the company and the managements actual concerns. Work out a preliminary plan to tackle issues at hand and next steps Decision point: Continue with the SA Advisory Board concept or choice of other form of co-operation Advisory Board
Meeting 1 – Analysis. In depth screening of the company's situation and needs based on questionnaire sent in advance and filled in by CEO Meeting 2 – Business plan. Review and analysis of company's business plan for the coming year plus general discussion on same from a 3 year perspective Meeting 3 – Vision and business idea. What does the SWOT look like? Is the vision clear enough? Does the business idea hold? Need the direction and orientation change? Meeting 4 – Staff and organisation. Gap analysis of present organisation compared to ideal. Identification of improvement areas against background of business plan Senior - ADVISORY BOARD The initial phase comprises the work shop plus three meetings targeted at providing management the tools necessary to solve the problems at hand Advisory Board
February Review of last years result plus budget for upcoming period. Senior - ADVISORY BOARD Pricing scheme • Initial meeting, ca 1,5 hrs. – no charge • Work shop, a ½ - day meeting – fixed price SEK 20.000 • Initial phase, three ½ - day meetings over 6 months with two to three attendees representing the necessary competence for the case at hand • Continuation phase, yearly subscription comprising four ½ day meetings with two to three attendees that may vary over time depending on requirements • The agreement includes free of charge phone support between meetings from Senior ADVISORY BOARD appointed person as well as phone conferences with the whole group • Subscription price SEK 9 000 per month.
