The Project • Our client is LuuppiRy(student organization of information science students) • Our goal is to renew the organization’s website • Features such as: register for members, calendar system, publishing system, payment system and picture bank etc. • Development model has not been decided yet, but it probably will be SCRUM

  4. Communication • Meetingsaresupposed to bearrangedweekly and at the sameday and time • Meetingswith the client is going to bearrangedseparately and at leastonce in a weekortwo • IRC channel is used for real-timecommunication • Ourprojectwebsite and email is used for reporting and announcements

  5. The Risks • Two of ourdevelopmentteammembersareleaving for long vacationabroad at the end of January • Overwhelmingamount of features to beimplementedcompared to giventime and experience of the developmentteam • Anyprojectmemberleaving the team for variousreasons
