Size of Betelgeuse • Betelgeuse is one of the Biggest stars in our solar system. It is 700 million miles in Diameter. It is more than 700 million times bigger than the sun. The sun is only 800 thousand miles in diameter.
Temperature of Betelgeuse • The temperature of Betelgeuse is 6000 degrees. The temperature of the sun is 10000 degrees . That means that Betelgeuse is really hot since it is not considered a sun.
Color of Betelgeuse • The color of Betelgeuse is yellow and orange. It is that color because of the heat in the middle of the star. The color of the sun is all yellow due to the same reason
