  3. Proposed Solution ServiceShare, a foundation designed to be a hub of interagency communication

  4. Mission Statement ServiceShare Foundation is a web-based infrastructure designed to connect and promote communication between community stakeholders, so that community efforts may be streamlined and strengthened for the benefit of individual clients.
