  1. Clayton Perlman Lifelong Dreams Originally a resident of Miami, Florida, Clayton Perlman is currently a real estate developer in Monmouth County, New Jersey. There, he became a partner of a full-service marina in Keyport, New Jersey. This opportunity allowed him to combine his business experience with lifelong passions for the ocean, boating, and animals, gleaned from his childhood years on the coast of Florida. When he isn’t on the water, he enjoys traveling, playing guitar, and walking his dogs.

  2. Clayton Perlman Work and Play Clayton Perlman worked at the New York Mercantile Exchange as a licensed clerk from 1998 to 2004 in Crude Oil and Natural Gas futures and options pits. During this time, he also handled trade reconciliation operations for a small hedge fund for an off-the-floor trading operation. He currently owns several Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and is a partner of a full-service marina in Keyport, New Jersey. When he isn’t working, he enjoys fishing, boating, and playing his guitar.

When he isn’t working, he enjoys traveling to new places, particularly locations near the ocean, such as Boca Raton, Florida or the Caribbean. While on vacation, Clayton Perlman enjoys boating, biking, and exploring new areas.To provide maximum vacation time, weekend trips are usually taken to places that are within 2-3 hours of where you live. Though this may not feel exotic, it is a wonderful opportunity to explore your own state or geographical area in a more in-depth manner.
