1. Learning about ICAP Once you have accessed the website link, you will see the Home page. Here you can read some basics about ICAP Group. Even before signing in, you can learn more details about the ICAP products and services. All you have to do is click on each link from the “ICAP Group” and “Links” boxes. Back to Content list 3

2. Account login Please type the user name and password that you received from ICAP Romania. Then click the “sign-in” button. Back to Content list 4

3. Forgot password In case you do not remember your password, click the “Forgot password” button available of the left side of the home page. Back to Content list 5

3. Forgot password (II) Complete the form with your first name, surname, company name, e-mail, work phone and comments. Then click the “Send request” button. Your request will be answered as soon as possible. 6

4. Register If you would like to become an ICAP customer or you are simply interested in obtaining more information about ICAP’s products and services, click on the “Register” button available of the left side of the home page. Back to Content list 7

4. Register (II) Complete the form with your first name, surname, company name, e-mail, work phone and comments. Then click the “Send request” button. We will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Company Search • In order to search for a company, you need to do the following: • Log in • Click on the “Company Search” tab. • Enter the VAT number and click the “Search” button or • Enter the Registration Number and click the “Search” button. • If you do not know that VAT or Registration Number of the searched company, you can enter the Company Name and the City or Municipality. • Click the “Search” button. 5. Company Search (II) After clicking “Search”, a list of companies will be displayed according to the information you provided in the above mentioned fields. In order to purchase an online report, click on the order number displayed right next to the name of the company to be investigated.

5. Company Search (III) Next you will have the option to select the language and the type the report you need. Then click on the “Purchase report” button. After this step, your request will be processed.

5. Company Search (IV) In a few moments, your report will be displayed.

5. Company Search (V) You can then search a particular word in the report, print the report or print one page only, at your choice.

5. Company Search (VI) According to your need, you can choose the format of the report (word format, excel etc) and then save it in your computer.

6. Ordering an offline report If you wish to obtain a type of report other than those you already have available online, you have to place an order in the “Order Report” tab. When completing the required fields, please try to offer as much information as you can about the investigated company. Besides name, address, VAT and phone number, you can also provide additional information (or requests) in the “Comments” box. Please select the type of report that you wish to receive, the language of the report, the delivery term and the method of delivery. At the end, please click on the “Order report” button. 7. My account In the “My account” tab you can find the following information: • your account balance (in units) • a history of all the reports you have downloaded so far • the possibility to download again – free of charge – a report that you have downloaded in the past. Please note that if you need to download a report which was previously downloaded, you must go to the history held in “My account” tab. This action will be free of charge. If you consider that you downloaded the report too long ago and you wish to have the latest information regarding the investigated company, you must go to “Company search” tab and purchase again the report.
