AECAlternative Education Campus • 95% or more at risk to not graduate • Metrics to PM: ADA/ Truancy Rate • Blended Online Driver provides Face-2-Face for those who need it. • These students need connection or they will not engage and will not learn. • Mentorship Program • Community Events • Clubs and Activities

  4. Online Driver Model • Total Virtual 5 Days F2F 8 Hrs/Day • Based on student success • Part of RtI • Start At Mid-point 2 days a week/ 3 hrs a day.

  5. Results From Q1 to Present • ADA: From 72% up to 82% • Truancy Rate: 26% down to 11%
