  2. Directions • DIRECTIONS TO THE WASHINGTON NAVY YARD • From Maryland and points North and West • Take the Washington Beltway (I-495) to the Baltimore -Washington Parkway I-295 towards Washington. Where the B.W. Parkway splits, stay in the left lanes and follow the sign towards Annapolis/Richmond putting you on Kennilworth Ave., DC I-295. Follow I-295 to the Howard Road exit. Stay to the right and turn right onto Howard Road. At the stop light, turn Right and enter the ramp onto the South Capital Street Bridge. After the bridge, stay in the right hand lanes and turn right on to “M” Street. Proceed to the third light. This is the 6th Street Gate or Isaac Hull Gate. Enter the gate and show your ID at the guard shack. Follow Isaac Hull Ave. parking will be on the left in Garage 28. After parking your vehicle exit either side of the garage follow the signs to Willard Park where the event is being held. • From Virginia and South • Take the Washington Beltway and exit on I-395, North towards Washington, DC. Follow I-395 across the 14th Street Bridge. At the end of the bridge, I-395 branches off to the right. You are now on the Southwest-Southeast Freeway. (Do not follow signs for I-395 once you cross the bridge). After you pass the exit for South Capital Street, you will need to move to the right hand lanes. Take the next exit which is the 6th Street SE exit. Proceed down the ramp and take a right turn onto 7th street. Go two blocks and you will be facing the Navy Yard. Take a right onto “M” street and get into the left hand lane. Turn left into the 6th Street Gate or Isaac Hull Gate. Enter the gate and show your ID at the guard shack Follow Isaac Hull Ave. parking will be on the left in Garage 28.
