Interview Record • Q1: How many years do you need to study in kindergarten, elementary, middle and high schools? Answer: 2 years for kindergarten, 5 years for elementary, 3 years for middle school and 4 years for high school. • Q2: What is the average education in the United State? Is education important in this country? Answer: It was high school before, now, it’s college. It’s very important to get job here. Either graduate from high school or get GED. • Q3:What is your impression of Asian students? Answer: Quiet, shy. Asian students always get together with Asian students. It’s hard to make friends with them, but, we would like to make Asian friends on campus.

Conclusion There are significant differences between U.S and Taiwan’s education systems. But, they also share some similarities. We can infer that cultural values play a significant role in these behaviors and practices. Country has a more beneficial way of approaching academics.
