My project • I want to help improve processes and understanding in renal anaemia management • I will map the processes in 12 renal units • Several days observation and some informal interviews • Model developed in correspondence with the unit • Examine the similarities and differences • Relationship with performance measures? • Feed back to units • Evaluate effects • Can I have some volunteers please!
