  4. Debbie Silver Debbie Silver is an award-winning educator with 30 years experience as a classroom teacher, staff development instructor, and university professor. Her numerous recognitions include being named the Louisiana State Teacher of the Year.

  5. Keynote Presentation The Art and Heart of TeachingDebbie Silver utilizes humor and sensitivity to remind audiences of how important teachersare in the lives of children. She will demonstrate how to engage all types of learners in the classroom. Participants leave with loads of new ideasfor creative instructional and assessment strategies.

  6. Dr. Patricia T. Taylor Dr. Taylor is an accomplished, recognized speaker on a number of topics, including diversity, motivation, overcoming career challenges, and mentoring. She is the Chief of the Office of Intelligence Community and Diversity.
