Ride the 4 C’s for Success • Write ideas in the Individual Input Column of the worksheet • Rotate to 4 different people in the room to collect input on your action item concept: • Person 1 – Find someone who has the same button as you • Person 2 – Find someone who has a button that is opposite of yours • Person 3 – Find someone who has a button that intrigues you • Person 4 – Find someone who has a different button that you identify with • Each person reads the 4 C's and offers additional input • Return to your table and share • Group discussion
