  2. What? • The delegation is the highest decision making authority of the union • 23 representatives & 23 reserve representatives • The ASK secretary general also works as the secretary for the delegation

  3. How? • Delegation members are voted each year in an election in November • Only Union members can apply for the delegation • 4-6 meetings each year

  4. Why? • The delegation appoints the Union board • Supervises: • that the Union works correctly according to its objective • the Union board • the Union’s economy • Appoints representatives for different organs • Rules many different topics written in the Union’s constitution
