  12. Pride My Mind/Body Level 5 No internal or external pride. Level 4 Minimal internal pride. Level 3 No external pride but occasional internal pride. Level 2 Know that pride is wrong and must be balanced. Occasional external pride implied in conversations Level 1 Arrogant about personal success, wealth, education, appearance, family.

  13. Relaxation/ Meditation My Mind/Body Level 5 Do 30 minutes of yoga and 60 minutes of deep meditation daily. Do 60 times deep conscious breathing each day. Silence 2 hour per day. Encourage and teach family members and others. Level 4 Do yoga/meditation 30 minutes daily. Do 20 times deep conscious breathing each day. Silence 1 hour per day. Encourage family members to practice meditation. Level 3 Do yoga/meditation for 15 minutes, 5 times/week. Do 10 times deep conscious breathing each day Level 2 Do yoga or other mind relaxation exercise 2-3 times/week. Level 1 Stressful life. No time towards relaxing/meditation

Level 1 No interest in physical exercise. Doing dangerous activities which can harm the body. .
