Relaxation/ Meditation My Mind/Body Level 5 Do 30 minutes of yoga and 60 minutes of deep meditation daily. Do 60 times deep conscious breathing each day. Silence 2 hour per day. Encourage and teach family members and others. Level 4 Do yoga/meditation 30 minutes daily. Do 20 times deep conscious breathing each day. Silence 1 hour per day. Encourage family members to practice meditation. Level 3 Do yoga/meditation for 15 minutes, 5 times/week. Do 10 times deep conscious breathing each day Level 2 Do yoga or other mind relaxation exercise 2-3 times/week. Level 1 Stressful life. No time towards relaxing/meditation
