ELCEN is a comprehensive school management system that can work in a networked environment where it connects to all teachers and users within. • It can also work in a single computer and deliver the required results. • It can run on all windows OS platforms ranging from windows 2000 to the current ones. • ELCEN Database is IBM DB2, Oracle or Ms Access. Ms Access Database is used for small companies. • It is easily learnt, user customizable and fully parameterized. • It is available for primary and secondary schools or as combination of both. What is ELCEN?

  4. A) Student registration details ->Identification Details ->Contacts/Next of Kin ->Addresses ->Discipline & other Notes

Register has the following: • Personal Details • Passport Photos • Contacts and Relatives • Discipline and Punishment Details • Free lance notes that can be used for • End term comments for students • Academic qualification for teachers • Behaviour, Merits, Awards • General information that needs to be known • Past students and teachers are archived and details can be viewed.

  6. B) Class Management It includes: • Student list Maintenance (per class) • Daily Attendance • Subjects & Exams • Online Result Markings • Ranking by subject • Ranking all by class stream • Ranking all by class group • Time Tables & Time Management

  12. C) Fee Management It includes the following tasks: • Maintains Fee Structure By Class Groups • Generates Due Fees & Balances • Collecting Daily Fees • Entering Fees by Journals • Fee Deposits from Banks • Import Fees From Excel • View Fee Balances by Student • Fee Statements for Students

  14. Fee collection Window • Individual fee receipts done here & receipt produced • Automatic receipt nos. generated per transaction • For bulk data, ELCEN allows excel imports & creation of journals
