  5. Say the Problem (without blame) • In basketball, this is called a Jump Ball • It is when bother teams grab the ball • They alternate who gets the ball which is a fair solution to the problem

  6. Say the Problem (without blame) • Sam sits near Jeanie at lunch. He likes Jeanie. He texts her one weekend to ask if she wants to go to Starbucks. He texts her again a day later when she does not reply. Sam’s Perspective on the Problem: She won’t answer my texts Jeanie’s Perspective on the Problem: He won’t leave me alone
