  5. When Does Leadership Occur? • In the MOMENT • In order for leaders to “DO” they must first “BE” • What are your top 3 values? • What is your purpose? • What motivates you? • What de-motivates you? • Under what conditions do you work the best?

  6. Remember, it isn’t all about you!!But then again, it’s all about you!!

  7. Today, in healthcare, more so than any other time in our nation’s history, we are facing a crisis of leadership that is caused not by our failures, but by our successes. Our leadership challenge is not one of survival, but of managing prosperity.
