Objective of Exhibition To provide a platform to general masses where anything & every thing in regards to property starting from residential/ commercial estate, finance, interior consultancy, modular kitchens, bathroom fittings, hardware, home safety devices, home furniture & furnishings, wooden doors & panels, landscaping techniques, vastu & Feng- shui consultancy etc. is all at a single platform under one roof.

Topic of SeminarNew Avenues in Real Estate Financing Some of the topics discussed during seminar were: Conventional Finance Options Venture Fund Real Estate Mutual Funds Rating/ Grading system of developers & their projects as means of attracting Investment Securitization and Secondary Mortgage

  10. Entertainment Evening On 9th September’05 (first day of exhibition) an entertainment evening was organised followed by cocktail & dinner. This was to thank all the participants for their support and cooperation in making this a successful exhibition and also to provide a nice relaxing de- stress party. The party was immediately after the Seminar.

  11. Visitor Flow Approximately 20,000 people have visited the exhibition during 3 days. From the random feedback gathered from the visitors, they were satisfied with the exhibition and the product profile and informed that exhibition was up to their expectations. Similarly from the feedback form gathered from the Exhibitor’s, as per their views and saying, the exhibition was a mega success and they were all happy and satisfied with the 3 days fair, and they did generated lots of leads and closed the deals too.
