Reporting on a variety of news topics ranging from sports, general news and breaking news. Intern KCBS/KCAL Sports – Studio City, CA / June ’10 to August ’10 Responsibilities included: Logging, editing and producing stories for KCBS/KCAL weekly sports segment and website. Participating in onsite sporting events, interviewing and helping reporters. Vice President Recruitment Delta Gamma Sorority – San Jose, CA / November ’09 to November ’10 Responsibilities included: Help organize, teach and plan recruitment to active and new members of Delta Gamma Sorority. Helped set-up school events such as talent shows and bbq’s in order to raise awareness and increase school involvement. Successfully raised $12,000 in last event. Bingo Silicon Valley Center for Blind – San Jose, CA September ’07 to Present Responsibilities included: Helping blind people play the game of bingo and interact with each other with help. Help set up bingo, help the blind eat and walk around the center. Volunteer at Elementary Schools Various schools – Silicon Valley, CA September ’07 to Present Responsibilities included: Participate in five hours of community service every semester at various elementary schools helping teachers, students with homework and after-school programs succeed. site map Click here for the
