Penetration Seals & Doors Column Seals I have ignored, for the moment, the plenum and ductwork shown in your pdf document. I would like to better understand the Air movement requirements throughout assembly and operations. Notes on Clean Room Seals
Column seals appear pretty straightforward. Several designs are appropriate. Penetrations, however, have a lot happening and need to do several things, TBD. An assembly and operation sequence, or time line would be very useful. ( What moved, where, when. What’s open or closed, when. What is the Air doing, etc) Notes on Clean Room Seals
If this is the correct Detector operating position, then it looks like this is a custom seal between the floor opening, and the detector structure. Is this so? Notes on Clean Room Seals

If I have it right so far, all the seals and doors perform the following functions: • Form gas-tight seal • Complete Farraday Cage circuit • Isolate Vibration • Withstand pressure differential Notes on Clean Room Seals

So, this is my first-pass take on the seals, using your Model. Please extend my thanks to the author of the Model. It has been very useful. Next, I would very much like to assemble a time-line or sequence of events that happen through the penetrations. Maybe you already have one? I will follow this note with a phone call.
