About us • Central Ontario Firearms Academy (COFA Inc) is a firearms training - organization based in Toronto and Brampton. • They offer firearms license courses and firearms courses to individuals in the Toronto and Brampton area. • The courses offered by COFA Inc are designed to educate individuals on firearms safety, handling, and the relevant laws and regulations. Upon completion of the course, participants may be eligible to obtain a firearms license. • COFA Inc is committed to promoting firearms safety through comprehensive and accessible education.
Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC/Non-Restricted) • CFSE (Canadian Firearms Safety Course) is a Non-Restricted Firearm Course. • Non-Restricted Firearms are generally sporting rifles and shotguns used for hunting with an overall length of 660mm or greater. • Non- Restricted Firearms are primarily manual repeating long guns: Rifles and Shotguns. • Some semi-automatic central fire long guns also fall in the non-restricted class provided their barrel is greater than 470mm(18.5 inches) in length.
