ViDeNet Status and GDS

This presentation provides updates on the status of ViDeNet, including its successful migration to Version 3 and its fully redundant and globally scalable architecture. Global Dialing Scheme (GDS) • It is a hierarchy • E.164 Numbering <world gk> <cc.> <org. ><client no>[<suffix>]00 ITU cc local no. 00 is the international dialing prefix 1 is the code for the US 919226 local number 6500 client number • Super Space • Administered by ViDe Numerical Address Space (NASM) working group • Each country sets its own policy
