Traineeships... • Unemployed young people 16-18 • Engagement (to decide occupational focus) or • Level 1 training option (QCF Level 1, overcoming barriers, placements/voluntary work etc or • level 2 training option (employment-ready link to employers)
Steps-to-employment • Adults not in employment • Work focussed training (placements or alternative up to six months, levels 1, 2 or 3) or • Route-ways to work (job ready linked to employers, max 8 weeks training)
