By identifying and understanding personal strengths as well as identify growth opportunities, managers will be able to select people for hospitality positions and fit them to suitable roles. This profile will also help managers coach their people more effectively. • The HospitalityScreenProTM provides an efficient and economical solution to the challenge of targeting and screening a high number of potential recruits. The HospitalityScreenTM: • is an on-line 24/7 pre-employment assessment tool. • uses organizational specific criteria to assess talent, work history and probability of success • uses a series of standardized, objective and validated questions • provides data which can be measured and integrated with selection processes as the basis for continuous improvement

  4. Administrative Functions or Authorized users. Login ID Required Set up a candidate visiting your office to complete an assessment from the branded website. An access code will be required. Authorized users to pre-order codes through the Admin Center.

  5. Administrator to select The profile which the candidate will be completing.

  6. Authorized user to Enter Access Code: Pre-ordered through the Admin. Center Mouse: Click on a 1-5 value to enter a response Keyboard: Use number keypad on keyboard to enter a 1-5 value for a response Survey to Follow

  7. Candidate Experience HospitalityScreen 2.0

  8. Candidates option to provide resume, prior to saving information.

  9. An Email Notification containing a direct link to the candidates results is immediately sent to the administrator for quick review.

  10. Confidential login ID’s have been emailed to all authorized users. Contact Support if you did not receive yours.

  12. Information required when using invitation method Option #1 – Most commonly used feature HospitalityScreen 2.0

  13. Example of an invitation sent to a candidate When the candidate receives the email, they need only to click on the link embedded in the message “Take the Profile” and they will be directed immediately into the survey

  14. Example of a notification sent to the authorized user Once the candidate completes the profile, the authorized user will receive this notification email, click on the link embedded in the message “Manager’s Report” and the user will be directed immediately into the report.

  15. Option 2 Codes ordered with this menu function are those provided to the candidates who will be set up in house to complete an assessment. Specify quantity & Profile type

  16. To print codes click on the print icon on the Internet tool bar Codes ordered remain in the “View Codes” folder for your reference up until the candidate completes the profile. One unique code to be provided to each candidate

  17. Black Codes are those that were ordered from the “Order Codes” Feature Red Codes: Candidate has been emailed an invitation to take a profile

  18. Candidate Tracker Manage your Candidate records

  19. Candidate Tracker The Candidate tracker collects information on a candidate from the initial stage of entering into the hiring process. Features Include: Candidate’s personal details, screening and/or profile results, interview, resume, performance, source, status etc. • Click on “View” in any designated column to view pertinent information • To populate any of these columns with information click on the candidate’s name.
