  46. Study Tips…. • 1. As far as possible avoid burning midnight oil. • 2. Arrange the place where you sit for studies. • 3. Let there be proper ventilation and light. • 4. Limit the no. of books at the study table. Too many reference books will add to the chaos. Stick to the popular books or ask your teacher or mentor. • 5. Divide your study into slots of 40-45 min. • 6. Use every second of the every min. of the 45 min slot only for studies. • 7. Keep a target for every slot and see that you meet it. Have realistic goals. • 8. Avoid taking any single subject for the entire day's study. This will lead to boredom, lack of concentration and wastage of time. • 9. Take very short breaks in between slots which will help you release your stress. • 10. Try to have atleast 6-7 hours of sleep everyday which increases concentration. • 11. Have a good night's sleep n the previous day of the exam. • 12. Do not resort to memorizing only instead clear your concepts. • 13. Steer clear of all negativity and remain positive. • 14. Drink plenty of water and maintain a balanced diet. • 15.Exercise and recreation "ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKES JACK A DULL BOY" • 16. Procastination is the thief of time. • 17. Work is worship. • 18. Do not trust friends, overcome temptations, stay away from relationships. • 19. Spend time with family and GOD. • 20. Keep a smile on your face even in the most difficult situations.
