Security Modes • Day • Perimeter protection when people are present in the building • Vacation • Similar to Away but appliances can be switched on/off in a semi-random manner to create the impression of occupancy
Alarm Types • 31 programmable alarm types • Intruder, fire, smoke, gas, and so on • Dial-out combination • Combined from 8 preset numbers • 20 siren types • Dedicated strobe output • Alarm response • To trigger lights or announce message
Comfort Dialer • Dials to 8 programmable numbers • Combination of Voice phones, pager, CMS, SMS (with UCM/GSM) • Alarm message • Voice messages or SMS announces alarm type. • Allows access to Comfort • Listen to Alarm History or to disarm • Listen to sounds in home
Integration to Lighting and Appliances • Security can be linked to lights and appliances, such as • Lighting up fire exit route and switching off air-conditioners during fire alarm • Lighting up areas in house when intruder alarm triggered in away mode to scare intruders
Linkage to Lighting and Appliances • Other possibilities: • Switching on the lights near the main door when opening the door at night • Switching off of lights and appliances upon arming to away mode • Triggering pre-recorded messages upon activation of perimeter motion detectors
User Code • 16 user codes programmable • Mailboxes for first 8 • Customisable authorisation for each user • Sign-in tamper • Limited to 6 incorrect entries • Duress alarm • When forced to disarm by intruder
Engineer Menu • Engineer Sign In Option • F0 on keypad must be enabled by user to allow engineer to program • Allows programming via keypad or remote by telephone • Disabled after midnight to prevent unauthorized login • User may also disable it upon completion of programming
Security Safeguards • Duress Code • Provides impression system is disarmed if forced to disarm • Sign In Tamper • Maximum of 6 unsuccessful attempts • Engineer Access Restriction • Cancels authorization when system is armed or after midnight each day
Home Control Menu • Voice prompted • Uses real voice not synthetic • No need to memorise activation codes • Categorised into control groups • Customisable to group by appliances type or by area • Able to hear status feedback

Two Way Switching • Enables two way control of lights (using TWS01/02) • Choice of control: • Control by Comfort • Control by wall switch • Able to control lights when one of them is not functioning • When Comfort is faulty still can be controlled with wall switch
Time Programs • 16 - 32 time programs • Activation depending on combination of days of week and holidays • User has option to enable/disable the time program • Trigger responses • Lighting control to switch off all lights • Reminder messages to the elderly to take their medicine
X-10 • X-10 capability • Requires X-10 interface module • Able to send and receive X-10 commands • X-10 commands limited by responses • Received X-10 codes can be used to trigger responses • Preset dim function supported

Mailboxes • 8 personal user mailboxes • Users 9-16 do not have mailboxes • Name can be recorded • Callers can leave messages in the relevant mailbox • Common mailbox implemented when user 1 has no name recorded
Message Forwarding • Messages can be by callers or from other users • Can forward messages to pager • notify that a new message has been received • Can also forward to user’s mobile phone.
Reminders • 8 to 16 reminders • Can be scheduled to play at selected time • Combination of day of weeks and holidays • Enabled/disabled by users • Reminders can be played on door stations or keypads
Keypad • Able to intercom to any other keypads or doorstation • Can be broadcast • Can be specific • Able to use Keypad for monitoring, e.g. Baby Monitor
Door Station • Able to answer the door station using the internal phones • Dials to user in away mode allowing user to talk to the visitor • User able to control a gate or door to let visitor in
Control Panel • 8 inputs and 8 outputs • Programmable zones (31 types) • Outputs can be used to send pulse, IR signals, or set to a certain state.

Local Expansion Module (LEM) • LEM01: 8 inputs and 8 outputs • LEM02: 8 inputs only • LEM03: 16 inputs (not allowed for use with SEM) • 1 LEM to 1 Main Panel or 1 SEM
Slave Expansion Module (SEM) • Allows expansion for more than 16 I/O • 8 inputs and 8 outputs • Maximum of 3 SEMs for 1 Main Panel • SEM01: Charging circuit, 13.8V AC supply • SEM02: 12V DC supply needed
Remote Input/Output (RIO01) • 8 digital inputs, 8 digital outputs • IR receiver (IRR01) or IR dome (IRD01) can be connected to receive IR codes, unlike other zones. • Not programmable as alarm zones.
Scene Control Switch (SCS01/IR) • Designer switch from UK • 4 buttons and 4 LEDs • SCS01/IR allows Cytech and X-10 IR codes to be received • Different colours available
Light Sensor Module (LSM01) • Photocell to be mounted near area where light intensity is to be monitored • Light intensity controls the relay • Threshold can be tuned by trimmer on board. • Useful for detecting sunlight or light levels.
