What is the BSR INTERREG IIIB Neighbourhood Programme Situation in the 1st round (year 2001) - INTERREG 1 Application for ERDF + Norwegian funding (DE, DK, SE, FI, NO) 1 Application for PHARE (PL, LT, LV, EE) 1 Application for Tacis (RU, BY) Situation in the 8th round (year 2005) - NEIGHBOURHOOD 1 Application for internal (ERDF) fund & External (Tacis) fund (Single application process opened to all 11 BSR countries) Situation in the future (years 2007-13) – BSRP (incl. ENPI) Fully integrated implementation procedures for ERDF and ENPI Challenge: To synchronize the two different systems that apply to the two different funding sources (ERDF and Tacis)
