Gifted Services identifies and provides service to gifted and talented learner’s unique abilities, talents, interests and socio-emotional needs by creating and implementing a rich, differentiated curriculum that offers students opportunities to aspire to reach high academic achievement and stimulate their intellectual curiosity. Classroom experiences will lead to college and career readiness by engaging students in meaningful research, developing independent, critical and creative thinking skills and problem solving strategies. We provide leadership, professional development, accountability and recognition of accomplishments to all providers of gifted services. Gifted Services

  3. Test Pick-Up Test pick-up will be on Monday, November 28th at our office: 345 Plato Blvd. East, Suite 625 7:30 – 5:00 p.m. Gifted Services

  4. Important Dates Nov. 28th NNAT2 Test Pick-up 7:30-5:00 Nov. 29th-Dec. 2nd Kindergarten Practice testing Nov. 29th-Dec. 7th NNAT2 Testing Window Gifted Services

  5. Important Dates Dec. 7th NNAT2 test return 345 Plato 7:30-5:00 p.m. **Remember this is the only drop-off day ** January TBD NNAT2 Envelope Verification 12:00-5:00 p.m. Portfolio Review training 1:00-3:30 Gifted Services

  6. Schedule Testing Time • Try to schedule testing time between Monday and Thursday. Save Friday and Monday as make-up days and days to check over booklets for blank pages, stray marks, etc. Gifted Services

  7. Returning Tests • Erase stray marks in barcode border • Darken light “bubbles” • Separate grade levels with a yellow cover sheet found in your testing envelope. Gifted Services

  8. Returning Tests (cont.) • Pack tests in original boxes • Do not use rubber bands!!! • Label unused bubbled test booklets as follows: • Absent Student • Student Moved • Exempt Student Gifted Services

Returning Tests (cont.) • Return the following items in the large clear envelope labeled with school name: • Teacher’s manuals • Translated directions • Irregularity Forms • Unused Kindergarten practice tests • TESTING IN PROGRESS - DO NOT DISTURB signs • All unused student tests Gifted Services
