  1. Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Engineering Planning Grant Program

  2. Overview • EFC and DEC are offering grants to help municipalities pay for an engineering report for their wastewater treatment facility. • Up to $30,000 per award • 20% local match required

  3. Applicant Eligibility Requirements • Municipality; AND • Municipal population less than 30,000; AND • Municipal median household income (MHI) is equal to or less than $55,000

  4. Project Funding • Grant awards will be made in two payments: • 50% of grant amount upon execution of grant agreement; • Remaining 50% when engineering report has approved by EFC and DEC.
