Disclaimer • The case study represents a fictitious Air Traffic Control Complex in the United States Air Force. • It in no way represents any current operating location or individuals currently serving in the Unites States Air Force. • It is intended solely as a learning event for the Facility Management School.
BREAKDOWN • Split into groups. • Groups will meet throughout the week to talk about the challenges facing this particular air traffic control complex. • Groups are required to present their findings, rationale for findings and solutions to the entire audience on the last day of class.

GROUP INTERACTION • Throughout the week. • Groups will be afforded time together during the academic day. • FMS staff will facilitate group sessions to address questions or concepts explained. • AFFSA/XAO will provide each group time and resources to build a final visual presentation.
