  3. Kuniyoshi has a deep sympathy for people. • He would use negative space in his prints. • He became so popular people would ask him to give them tattoos.

  4. Kuniyoshi would draw advertisements for the theater. • One of his favorite subjects is the theater. • His career lasted 45 years.
