The company aims to provide young families and young adults, with modest incomes, the same selection and quality of products that the high-end customer receives. Complete Home is owned by Ali Ktaech. Ali has over 40 years of experience in the furniture and appliances industry of which 30 years are in the Canadian retail market. In the previous decade, Ali was given the responsibility to open and manage two major furniture and appliance retail stores in Ontario (London and Vaughan) and also played a pivotal role in the opening of six additional stores in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Ali is very familiar with the Brampton market and this is shown through his years managing the second most profitable store of a well-known retailer in the Greater Toronto Area with annual sales of 10 million dollars. In addition, and as a result of Ali's longevity in this industry, visitors to Complete Home can expect the most competitive prices because of Ali's well- established relationships with all major suppliers in this market.
