Why Knowledge Centered Support (KCS)? Every company uses knowledge management in one form or another – HOWEVER – not all companies achieve the same level of results with KM. KCS is a ‘best practice approach to Knowledge Management’ and it has the ability to help you address many of your critical issues…. So just what are those issues that you’re dealing with?
