Transit System Security Program Plan Sunset Transit Authority (STA) Bus Transit System January 2005 System Security Emergency Preparedness Plan (SSEPP) The plan identifies, documents and manages the ways in which the security/police department, other departments, employees and patrons are responsible for security and emergency preparedness.
