  5. HIS/IM&T Depts participating in Autumn 2011 Pilot • South London and The Maudsley • St Helens and Knowsley • Hertfordshire • Nottinghamshire • Somerset • Hinchingbrooke • Coventry and Warwickshire • Circle Health + 9 services participated in Spring 2011 Test Phase

  6. Pilot #1 • Informatics staff volunteered to act as peer reviewers, joining survey managers drawn from DHID. All completed training • Services completed self assessment using HIS Accreditation Information Pack (HISA-IP) • Services uploaded HISA-IP & evidence in support of their responses to SharePoint

  7. Pilot #2 • Reviewers viewed evidence before site visit to identify key lines of enquiry • Reviewers completed one-day site visit and provided initial feedback • “Dummy” HIS Accreditation Board sat • Reports forwarded to Services • Participants’ Workshop held
