  3. Trade mission (TM) PROJECT: Trade mission NAME: Connecting Markets 2010 PERIOD: 03 - 05 November 2010 PLACE: Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina PARTICIPANTS: Dutch & Bosnian-Herzegovinian companies LOGO:

  4. TM Objectives • Stimulate business relations between Dutch and Bosnian-Herzegovinian companies • Open new markets for Dutch companies • Present opportunities for business and investment in the Central Bosnia-Herzegovina region • Enable Business Matchmaking for SMEs

  5. TM Focus • The mission focus is on the Metal sector • And can also cover • Wood • Agriculture • Textile/leather

Arrival of Dutch companies, Transfer from Sarajevo airport to Zenica and accommodation in Hotel „Zenica“,Welcome Dinner • Trade Mission Opening Ceremony, Presentations, Ceremonial Cocktail, B2B meetings • B2B meetings, Visits to BH companies (According to registered interest), Lunch, Optional program (e.g. Visit to Zenica Business Zone, Visit to Zenica City Museum), Dinner • Return to the Netherlands 03.11 04.11 05.11 06.11 TM Program

TM Costs • REZ AGENCY WILL COVER FOLLOWING COSTS: • Accommodationand meals for all participants from The Netherlands • Conference and meeting rooms during the Trade Mission • Bosnian-English translation • Transportation within the country • Admission • PARTICIPANTS FROM THE NETHERLANDS • Flight costs from the Netherlands to Bosnia and Herzegovina+/- 350.00 EUR • Personal expenses (mini bar, phone calls, laundry, etc.)
