  5. Senior Prom • Saturday, May 1 • The Grand Hyatt, Washington, DC • 9:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. • No one admitted after 11:00 p.m. • Tickets available at lunch April 26th – 30th • Tickets will be $60 per person • Obligations MUST be cleared • No tickets will be sold at the door B-CC High School Class of 2010

  6. Prom, cont’d. • Dates not necessary • Only B-CC students and their guests permitted to attend • Dress Code: Formal • Formal portraits and random pictures will be taken B-CC High School Class of 2010

  7. After Prom • Dave and Buster’s • 1:30 am – 5:00 am • Dress Code: Casual • Dave and Buster’s will have a coat check • You do not have to attend prom in order to attend After Prom B-CC High School Class of 2010

  10. Tuesday, June 1st Graduation Rehearsal at 9:00 a.m. Main Gym MANDATORY Wednesday, June 2nd Graduation at 10:00 a.m. Constitution Hall Graduation B-CC High School Class of 2010

  11. Arrival at Constitution Hall • Graduation: 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2 • Students arrive no later than 8:45 a.m. • Students enter at C or D Street lobby • Doors open to public at 9:15 a.m. • Admission for public by ticket only • Doors close at 9:55 a.m. for line-up and processional • Buses leave B-CC at 7:30 a.m. ($12.00 per person) B-CC High School Class of 2010

  12. Arrival at Constitution Hall – Cont’d • We do not want anyone to get stuck in rush hour traffic and miss the beginning of graduation. • Therefore, we strongly encourage graduates, family, and invited guests to take advantage of the chartered buses or metro. • Bus reservation forms are located in the back of the graduation packet and should be returned to Mr. Orlando on or before Friday, May 14 B-CC High School Class of 2010

  13. Tickets • Admission to Constitution Hall by ticket only • Each graduate receives 6 tickets • Tickets distributed on Friday , May 28 at 8:30 a.m. in the school cafeteria • Return unneeded tickets to Mr. Orlando • Submit request form for additional tickets A.S.A.P. to Mr. Orlando B-CC High School Class of 2010

  14. Student Attire • Graduation is serious…Dress Appropriately • Female students: skirts, dresses, or slacks • Male students: dress shirts, ties, dress pants • Dress shoes for all students • Not permitted: tennis shoes, casual sandals, flip-flops, shorts, or jeans • No decorations or alterations to caps/gowns except for honor society cords, IB medallions & pins, etc. B-CC High School Class of 2010

  15. Photography and Video • DVD available for purchase for $ 25. Order forms are on the B-CC website and in the senior mailing • Professional photographer from Lifetouch takes pictures of each graduate receiving the diploma • “Press Boxes” in Constitution Hall for guests to take pictures B-CC High School Class of 2010

  16. Need an interpreter for any family member? • Please let Mr. Orlando or Ms. Rizas know ASAP so we can request for an interpreter to be at the graduation ceremony. B-CC High School Class of 2010

  17. Caps and Gowns B-CC High School Class of 2010 The final opportunity to purchase a cap, gown, and tassel will be at the Senior Breakfast. The cost will be $60 and CASH is the only acceptable method of payment. Tassels will be available for $9

  18. Not Attending Graduation? Please let Mr. Orlando or Ms Rizas know if you will not be attending graduation. B-CC High School Class of 2010

  19. Student Service Learning • Need 60 hours to graduate • See Ms. Bayona B-CC High School Class of 2010
