Connect Broadband, the telecom arm of the Videocon Group and market leader in broadband in Punjab has collaborated with Indian mobile wallet major ‘MobiKwik’ to offer and promote cashless digital transactions. As a part of this strategic tie up, any Connect broadband Customer who makes his Connect broadband bill payment using the MobiKwik wallet service can avail a cash-back of upto Rs. 150 or 15% of the bill amount.

The company feels that this endeavor will promote use of digital payments among its users and support the era of Digital India movement. Currently approximately 9% of the company’s bill payments are made using the wallet mode, and with this promotion, Connect broadband is expecting the percentage to grow to 30% within next couple of months.
