  3. She wants to find her mother, but doesn’t know where she is. Gilly got kicked out or given up on, in every foster home she was in. Until she came to a new family. Where she wanted to stay. Not leave by force. Gilly is a foster child because her mother gave her up. When Gilly does get to meet her mother, she finds out, her mother came, but she didn’t come to see Gilly.

  4. She loves Trotter. So why does she have to leave? Her grandmother is taking Gilly away from Trotter. Her grandmother takes her to Virginia to live with her.

  5. By Molly Copp I recommend this book because it is a definite page turner. Also it ends a different way than you think it would. It makes you want to keep reading.
