  6. Getting Started To get started you will have either received an e-mail with an invitation to install the REACH Delivery software on it or the IT department/administrator for your company is installing REACH Delivery with you. Click now to move on

  7. Installing If you received an e-mail there should be a 'link' to the Reach Delivery download area on the e-mail. From this you can download the installer then run it. Click now to move on

  8. Installing You can also install Reach Delivery directly from the download area on www.reachdelivery.com Click now to move on

  9. Installing Follow the instructions to complete the installation. There is additional support for this process in the online help. Click now to move on

  10. Log In After the installation you will see a REACH Delivery Icon on your Desktop And you will be presented with the login screen If you received an e-mail then your username and password will be in the email otherwise your administrator will provide these to you. Click now to move on

  11. REACH Delivery You will now be in the REACH Delivery system and can use all the capabilities and functions described in the online documentation and help. Click for help. Click now to move on

  12. REACH Delivery Within all the help screens there is the ability to access the main help menu (operations manual). And to select the language you would like to see the help screens in. Click now to move on
