  1. Guidelines for prepared contributions • This template is provided to contributors for either prepared or spontaneous contributions • Fill in Slide 3 • Type in the title of the presentation • Specify the number of the preferential subject, number of the question, name of the main speaker and country(replace the given example) • The logo of the company or affiliation may be added • Fill in Foot note • Menu item “View / Header and footer”: Change footer with number of the preferential subject, number of the question, name of the main speaker and country (replace the example given) • Save the file with a new name, according to the following syntax: • “D1_PS1_Q1_Lesur.ppt” (number of the preferential subject, number of the question, name of the main speaker)(The Secretary will be grateful) • Delete slides 1 & 2 of guidelines, and complete the slideshow PS1/Q1: F.
