What is HR? • Human Resource employees work in organizations/companies. • They are in charge of hiring, questions on benefits, pay, legal resources/information, conflict between employees, filing • maintaining all employee information like hiring/pay information, and many other functions within a company.
What does it take to be a successful HR manager? • Good Communication skills • Experienced in HR • Detail oriented • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in HR • HR computer software knowledgeable • Problem solver • Motivation and development skills

How I plan to become a successful HR Manager… • I plan to finish my A.S. at Saint Paul College • Transfer to Metropolitan State University to get my Bachelor’s and Masters for Human Resources Management and International Trade • Pursue internships for large corporations like Medtronic, 3M, General Mills • Work on my interpersonal and communication skills • Pursue a job in Human Resources

Isabella Cervantes Caesars Palace 257 Palace Dr. Las Vegas, NV 87551 Dear Ms. Isabella Cervantes, I would like to know if Caesar’s Palace can accommodate for an estimate of 80 rooms or so and 3 conference room, for either April 20-24, or July 10-14? After taking a look at your website, I have noticed that the dates above are off season and have many rooms that would accommodate our large party. I have also noticed very positive reviews about the large facility. I would like to know more information on: -Pricing. Are there any discounts for off peak large accommodations? -What entertainment facilities are available? -Could Caesars accommodate for a banquet of 125 people? -What kinds of conference facilities are available, and how many people do they seat?
